How does the Auto Buying Program work?

The Auto Buying Program selects participating new car dealers in each market. These dealers have been selected for their willingness to give a special price. When you use the Program, you are referred to a special, Contact Person at the dealership that has the make of vehicle you want. This Contact Person gives you the special price on the vehicle of your choice, up-front, without negotiation.

You simply give us your choice of vehicle, either new or pre-owned, along with the information on how to best contact you. We notify the participating dealer's Contact Person, who will contact you to show you your vehicle of choice and give you the special price. You communicate with the Contact Person at your convenience. You are under no obligation.

About the Auto Buying Program

The Auto Buying Program is a free service offered by Member Services, Inc. (MSI). The Auto Buying Program is not a broker. When you submit your new or pre-owned questionnaire, your information is forwarded to the advertising dealer nearest you who markets the type of vehicle you are looking to purchase. You will be purchasing/leasing your new or pre-owned vehicle from a licensed, franchised vehicle dealer near you. These dealers have been selected by the Auto Buying Program because of their customer service reputation (CSI), their wide selection of vehicles, and their willingness to give a special price. The dealers pay an advertising fee to participate in the Auto Buying Program. They are interested in maximizing their investment by providing exemplary service to you and winning you as a customer for life.

The Auto Buying Program is confident that the dealers advertised in this program will provide you with a pleasant buying experience. If you have any questions regarding this program, the dealers who advertise through it, or if you want to share your Auto Buying Program shopping experience with us, you may click here to Contact Us now, or you may call us at 1-866-744-CARS (2277).
